Katie Morris CPC, ELI-MP

Katie is Catholic life coach specializing in Personal and Corporate Leadership Coaching. She holds Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) certifications through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), the comprehensive program accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF), of which she is also a member.

For over 30 years, Katie has worked with non-profit boards, communities as well as with innovative, industry-leading companies including Microsoft. Katie delivers highly engaging and results driven team communication solutions world-wide and has delivered solutions to teams in cities across the globe. Her specialties include teaming, leadership, and culture in the workplace with emphasis on workshop design and facilitation in areas of interpersonal communication, trust and high-performing virtual and co-located team engagement. She holds a Masters of Pastoral Leadership from Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Theology from St. Mary's College, Orchard Lake, MI. In her spare time, Katie enjoys volunteering at her local Catholic Church and being a mentor in the Big Brother Big Sister organization as well as sailing.

Bill Morris CPC, ELI-MP

Bill Morris is a Catholic life coach specializing in Personal and Life Transition Coaching. He holds Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) certifications through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), the comprehensive program accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF), of which he is also a member.

Bill recently retired from a large corporation as a mid-level executive in marketing. He served six years in the US Army as an Infantry Officer. He is actively involved in the Catholic Church and Knights of Columbus, and is privileged to have held several leadership positions in this charitable works organization. Through the American Corporate Partners, Bill volunteered as a mentor for many service men and women entering the civilian workforce. He is grateful for having had the opportunity to serve on the Board of Directors of the USO of the Northwest where he was actively involved in fundraising activities. He earned two Presidential Awards for his Volunteer work and has been awarded two US Patents. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Miami, Miami, FL. In retirement, Bill is busy sailing, Coaching, and promoting his BBQ dry rub business.
